Our first app, Boss Brain™, is a coaching companion for the moments that matter: preparing for one-on-ones, recognizing people in ways that land, handling hard conversations with care, and telling the story of a team's work to senior leaders.
ChartBlue Works was founded by an executive with more than three decades of experience leading teams inside large, highly regulated organizations, across many different lines of business. At every level, the same lesson held: much of good leadership happens in the few minutes before a conversation. We build tools that make those minutes count.
